We have the drive to make a big difference!

our mission
Turning Disabilities into Abilities
Since we opened our doors way back in 2010, we have focused on the needs and wants of our members, all of whom are adults with learning disabilities. Our dedicated Team provide members with a broad range of activities across all our services to inspire, educate and ultimately enjoy in the company of friends. Members are at the heart of everything we do which can be seen constantly in the way they are encouraged to try new things, build on their talents and be proud of their achievements.
At Social Link, we are committed to providing safe, supported and stimulating environments for adults with learning disabilities to work and grow together as individuals, thereby helping to build confidence and a sense of self-worth, develop independence and realise potential.
Social Link Services
Everybody is unique and that is why we offer a range of services to meet the needs and wants of our members which will see them set their own goals and work towards achieving them.

Day Project
Our Day Project sessions provide our members with access to a whole host of activities to boost their personal development and help them on a learning journey where they set the pace and define their own aspirations

Drop-In
The Social Link Drop-In sessions are perfect for individuals who work or prefer to join activities on an ad hoc basis. There is no long-term commitment, but we know that once tried, members just keep coming back!

Evening Social Clubs
Socialising is so very important to reduce feelings of isolation but also to boost mental wellbeing. Our evening clubs provide members with a welcoming and friendly space where genuine friendships are made and thrive.

Gardening Crew
Getting out in the open air can bring with it lots of benefits for adults with learning disabilities and these include physical and mental well-being.

Independence Group
A big part of leading an independent life for an adult with a learning disability is being confident within the community in which they live but also in the home.

OpportuniTEA Café

Opening Summer 2024 at Holmer Green Sports Association!
